Timo Lehesvirta’s work at Metsä Group includes strategic development and integration of biodiversity and other sustainability themes into the company’s operations. Before moving to Metsä Group, Timo worked as a leading climate and nature solutions team expert at Sitra.
He has long-term experience in the environmental management of the forest industry in Finland and internationally. Timo is a biologist by training, FM from the University of Turku.
